The boys rooms are almost complete. Pebble Grey and Graphite Gray for B and Skywriter blue for little bro. A few clouds left to paint on Baby G's wall and a Big "B" on well.... Big B's wall. My other project at the moment is my "picture wall" in the middle of our stairs. Ah yes.... we have stairs. Wasn't a big deal to me that we did until I tried getting a baby gate for said stairs. Finding one to fit the top of the stairs has been a challenge to say the least. We're on gate #4 I believe. But, we're getting it worked out and soon the little guy can run around a bit more freely when he's on the 2nd floor. Maybe we can avoid tumble #2 down the stairs. Poor guy. Anyhow, the picture wall is almost finished. The paint color for the wall is Fireside Red. A somewhat daring choice for me, but my new neighbor suggested I try it after I commented on her lovely red walls in her dining area and I love it! I believe it was paint sample #9.
Pictures to come when the rooms/walls are done!
Can't wait to see pics!

Psalm 23:1-3: The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

ReplyDelete1 John 4:9-10 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

ReplyDelete1 Peter 1:6-9 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

ReplyDeleteIsaiah 12:1-2 And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee...and thou comfortedst me. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

ReplyDeletePsalms 61:1-4 Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
